Shipping Policies:

Domestic Shipping

We partner with Slow North and affiliates to handle our shipping. 

Purchased items will ship from our Austin, Texas location within 5 business days, unless otherwise noted. Our primary method of shipping is via UPS Ground. After leaving our shop, your order will typically arrive within 2–5 business days. You will receive an email notification containing tracking information once your order has shipped.

International Shipping

Our shipping partner, Slow North, ships orders to all 50 states in the United States, U.S Territories, and Canada. Shipping methods and fees will be indicated at check-out. We are not responsible for import duty charges that may incur at customs.

Payment Methods

We offer secure online ordering and accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, Amazon Pay, and Paypal. 

Sales Tax Policy

At Find What Feels Good, Inc. (FWFG), we are committed to complying with all applicable tax laws. As a part of this commitment, we charge sales tax on orders shipped to certain states where we have a tax obligation.

Where Will Sales Tax be Charged?

Currently, we are required to collect sales tax in Texas and approximately nine other states due to our nexus in these locations. Please note that the list of states where we have nexus and are required to collect sales tax may change over time as our business operations evolve.

How is Sales Tax Calculated?

The sales tax charged on your order will be calculated based on the applicable state and local sales tax laws and rates. The tax rate applied to your order will generally be the combined state and local rate for the address where your order is delivered.

Exemptions

If you are tax-exempt, please provide your exemption certificate at the time of purchase. We will apply the appropriate adjustments to your order.
